| Phase One
Our on-site sales staff convene with you to determine
what your needs are and how we can tailor one of our floor plans
to suit your daily life. Some of our communities offer a myriad
of choices, so please see our sales staff for the finer points
related to traditional and contemporary design details. Once established,
our in-house architectural department reviews the design details
and customizes the home to fit your particular needs.
Phase Two
Phase II introduces the homeowner(s) to our on-site
builder for a Pre-Construction Meeting (PCM) meeting at which
time we go through the plans with you to make sure all of your
personalization requirements are satisfied. The PCM meeting is
then acknowledged by the homeowner or their designated representative
upon its conclusion.
Phase Three
Next, our design professionals will assist you in
selecting building materials, colors and finishing materials within
our design center. The design center's goal is to assist the homeowner(s)
determine which materials and color schemes will suit your tastes
to create your new home.
Phase Four
After the house is framed, we invite you to inspect
and walk through the home with one of our on-site builders so
you can verify electrical, phone and internet/television outlets
throughout the home, and to make one final check on all of your
personalized design selections. Furthermore, we ask you finalize
choices on additional concrete work such as extended patios, exterior
decking, and landscaping.
Phase Five
Approximately one week before closing, a home-owner
orientation is performed whereby we inspect the home for completion, and
imperfections and then schedule for the resolution of any items identified.
Usually the homeowner orientation is performed by a Warranty Administrator,
Superintendent our Business Manager. During the homeowner orientation, we present
your new home, getting you acquainted with all of its features
and our one (1) year builder's warranty, our two (2) year systems
warranty and our ten (10) year structural warranty programs.
